Westport, MA Subdivision, Briggs Landing, to Offer Additional Model Homes


Stonebridge Homes, the builder for Briggs Landing, recently announced the availability of four additional model homes for the 90-lot subdivision located off Tickle Road in Westport, Massachusetts. The additional models include The Beacon, The Charles, The Clarendon and The Dartmouth.  

The additional models will supplement the model homes currently available, The Fairfield and The Westport, on which Stonebridge Homes recently began construction. Stonebridge Homes is working with developer Briggs Landing, LLC to build out the remaining 60 lots of the subdivision.

“The additional models give home buyers some smaller square foot options to choose from compared to the 2384 square-foot Fairfield model and 2686 square-foot Westport model,” said Stonebridge Homes Site Manager Joe Chaves.

The ranch-style Beacon model starts at 1585 square feet and features two or three bedrooms, with a master suite on the first floor, two full bathrooms and a double-car garage.

The Charles features 1720 square feet, three bedrooms, two and one half bathrooms and a double garage.

The Clarendon features 1815 square feet, three bedrooms, two and one half bathrooms and a one-car garage.

The Dartmouth features 2090 square feet, three or four bedrooms, two and one half bathrooms and a two-car garage.

All models available at Briggs Landing feature energy-efficient, quality construction and luxurious amenities, such as hardwood floors, granite countertops. All models are equipped for natural gas heating. In addition to the comfort of luxury living, Briggs Landing offers convenience.
