Your Home Reflects Our Success!
Stonebridge Homes is a home builder based in South Easton, Massachusetts. We have built 23 communities and more than 1,150 homes across Plymouth, Bristol and Norfolk counties. Three communities are selling now, and a fourth, in Avon, opens soon.
What we build. Our communities range from seven homes on acre lots at Bristol Estates in Pembroke to 220 condominiums at The Gables in Abington. Between those are single-family neighborhoods like Tanglewood Estates in Easton and Briggs Landing in Westport, 55-and-over communities like the Cottages and Residences at LeBaron Hills in Lakeville, and Boyde's Crossing in Norfolk, forty cottages built around a shared green.
How we build. Our in-house architect designs our plans and adapts them to each site, so a Stonebridge community is planned as a whole rather than assembled from a catalog. Buyers choose their finishes and options with our team before construction starts, and every home is covered by a 10-year Quality Builders Warranty backed by Liberty Mutual.
